Step into a deeply immersive vocal circle
Where sound becomes a pathway to connection, nervous system regulation, presence and emotional release.
Through conscious breathwork (supporting the parasympathetic nervous system), mindfulness, rhythm and vocal play, we explore the therapeutic power of voice in a supportive, welcoming community setting.
Open to all - no singing or musical experience is needed. No songs or parts to learn. No pressure, no spotlight.
This is not about performance, it’s about presence and meaningful connection. We create together through gentle, easy improvisation and play.

As the circle unfolds, a grounded, calm energy begins to build, deepening connection to body, mind and soul — and opening into greater confidence and authentic self-expression.

* Eat lightly before the session, to avoid the discomfort of hunger or over-fullness
Angel Mawlabaux - singer-songwriter and therapeutic sound facilitator
About Me
My name is Angel and I’m a singer-songwriter, musician, and group sound facilitator, specialising in therapeutic sound and voice experiences.
My background spans over 25 years in music - including co-founding a long-running community arts and music space in my early twenties, which welcomed around 1,000 people each month at its height. Alongside writing and releasing my own music and completing a 19-month diploma in Group Sound and Voice Arts Therapy (awarded with distinction), I now create spaces that are creatively rich, emotionally safe and carefully held.
I understand how vulnerable it can feel to use our voices. There was a time when anxiety, fear and tightly held grief made it impossible for me to sing. I was afraid that if I opened my voice, I would open my heart — and that the emotions inside might overwhelm me.
As I slowly began to work with my voice, something powerful happened. The tension and constriction I had been carrying started to shift. Self-judgment softened. Energy returned. Expression became possible again.
That journey taught me that when the voice opens in a supported way, it creates calm, release, flow, resilience and expansion into the full expression of our truest selves!
I now feel deeply honoured to guide others through that same unfolding.
