Step into a deeply immersive sound circle
Where breath, rhythm, melody and tone become a pathway to connection, presence, nervous system regulation, and emotional release.
Through conscious breathwork (supporting the parasympathetic nervous system), mindfulness, gentle guidance, and playful exploration, we’ll journey through a rich landscape of sound — weaving together drum, voice, and a curated selection of therapeutic instruments from around the world.
A rare opportunity to explore these beautiful instruments — often experienced passively in a sound bath — in a more active, hands-on way. Feel the vibrations in your hands and through your body, listen up close, drop into the zone, and experience the flow of shared sound and connection.
Sound can be joyful, meditative, soothing, enlivening, grounding, uplifting, and deeply regulating. Whether you’re feeling energised and expressive, or in need of rest and reconnection, the circle offers a welcoming space to arrive exactly as you are.
No performance, no pressure, and no musical experience needed. Ground, energise, express, and connect through sound in an accessible and playful way.
Open to all — beginners are very welcome. You do not need any musical experience to join. The circle is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and easy to access. This is not about performance; it’s about presence and meaningful connection. We create together through gentle, intuitive improvisation and play.
A carefully chosen selection of instruments will be provided, including drums, Himalayan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and more — all simple to explore and easy to play.

What to expect
We’ll start gently, arriving through breath, body awareness, and simple sound exercises. From there, we’ll get to know the instruments and ease into playful games to help everyone relax and invite some laughter.
With a selection of therapeutic instruments from around the world, we’ll explore melody, tone, harmony, rhythm, percussion, and voice together.
You’ll have the opportunity to try instruments such as Himalayan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and more. Everything is simple to play and completely optional — you’re free to join in with drum, voice, instruments, or simply listen. There’s no pressure to perform or do anything in a particular way.
Expect a mix of gentle guidance, improvisation, deep listening, and spaciousness, with room for expression, connection, and flow.
We’ll build energy through in-the-moment creativity — listening, layering sounds, and finding connection in the shared sound.
As the circle unfolds, a steady, grounded energy begins to emerge — supporting deeper connection to body, mind, and emotion, and opening space for expression and release.
This is a guided, non-performance group experience — no complex rhythms to learn and no spotlight.
